Introduction to Purchase Terms

When you shop at Brumate, you're entering into a purchase agreement with us. These Terms of Purchase set out the terms and conditions of that agreement. They cover everything from how you place an order to how returns work, and they're designed to make sure both you and we are on the same page. Please read through them before you make a purchase.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

Every order from Brumate comes with free standard shipping. No minimums, no promo codes required — it's just included. After your payment is confirmed and your order is processed (which takes 1-3 business days), we ship your package. Standard shipping delivery time is approximately 6-12 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing.

We'll email you when your order ships, and that email will include tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. We work with reliable shipping partners, but delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control — like customs delays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions. Return and Refund Terms

We're confident you'll love your Brumate purchase, but we understand things don't always work out. That's why we offer a 60-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return items within 60 days of receiving them for a full refund. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Returning items is free and easy. We cover return shipping costs — just contact our customer service team to request a return. We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Once we receive your return and confirm the items are in good condition, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Need to adjust your order after placing it? We'll help if we can. Changes to shipping address, product options, quantities, or order cancellations may be possible as long as your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Once an order is in the shipping process or has already been dispatched, we can't make changes or cancel it.
