You won't find multiple shipping tiers, confusing delivery options, or hidden fees at checkout. What you see is what you get: the price of the product plus zero shipping cost, delivered to your door. The journey of your order begins as soon as you click 'Place Order.' Our fulfillment team receives your order instantly and gets to work right away. This process takes 1-3 business days, with most orders being shipped out within 48 hours.

Once packaged, your order is handed off to our trusted shipping partners, who handle the long journey from our warehouse to your location. During transit, your package is scanned at various points, allowing you to track its progress along the way. Finally, it's delivered to your doorstep by your local postal or courier service, completing the journey we've carefully designed to be smooth and reliable from start to finish.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in both the origin and destination countries. If there are holidays during the shipping period, this can add extra days to the delivery time. We provide a range rather than a specific date because there are many variables that can affect delivery speed, and we prefer to under-promise and over-deliver rather than the other way around.

Stay Updated with Tracking

We know how exciting it is to wait for a new package, and we want you to always know where your order is. That's why every shipment includes full tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow its progress every step of the way. It's a great way to build anticipation and plan for delivery day.

Tracking information usually becomes available within 24-48 hours of shipment. If you check right away and don't see anything yet, be patient — it takes a little time for the carrier to process the package and update their system. Once the first scan appears, you'll see regular updates as the package makes its way to you. If tracking never updates or seems stuck, just let us know and we'll check on it for you.

Address Accuracy Matters

One of the most common causes of shipping delays and delivery failures is an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please take a moment to review your address carefully before placing your order. Make sure your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, postal code, and country are all correct and complete. A small mistake can cause big headaches down the line.

If you notice an error in your shipping address right after placing your order, contact us immediately. If we haven't shipped the order yet, we can usually update the address for you. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, however, we're unable to change the delivery address. Taking 30 seconds to double-check your address at checkout can save you days of delay and frustration later.
